Synergy Recruiting Agency Limited - Terms&Conditions

  1. Definitions
    • “Recruitment Consultancy” means Synergy Recruiting Agency Limited services for search and evaluation of candidates according to the client’s requirements;
    • “Candidate” means a person who may be suitable for a position with the Client or whom the Client may wish to be introduced to;
    • “Recruitment” means evaluation and selection of skilled IT &Digital Marketing specialists by Synergy Recruiting Agency Limited team or engaged agents;
    • “Engagement” means the acceptance by a Candidate, either orally or in writing, of the offered position whether or not that position is the same to which the interview is related and whether the offer is oral or in writing;
    • “Fee” means the percentage of the Remuneration Package which is payable by the Client to the Recruitment Consultancy for the introduction of the Candidate as set out in the Fee Structure;
    • “Remuneration” means the aggregated gross annual emoluments payable to or receivable by a Candidate pursuant to the Engagement.
  2.  The Client shall notify The Recruitment Consultancy immediately after its offer of Engagement to the Candidate has been verbally accepted and shall provide details of the full remuneration package to the Recruitment Consultancy within one working day.
  3. 100% payment for Synergy Recruiting Agency Limited recruitment services is payable upon employee’s commencing work according to the agreed remuneration.
  4. The Client shall pay the Fee within 14 days of invoice. The Fee shall be charged to the Client on the day the Candidate commences work or enters in an expressed or implied contract of employment.
  5. If an Engagement is terminated by the client or the candidate for whatever reason, within the first 12 weeks after commencement of the assignment and providing the Fee has been paid within 14 days, Synergy Recruiting Agency Limited guarantees one offer acceptance (“Replacement Candidate”) without extra fees. All previously paid fees are nonrefundable.
  6. In the event that the Client effects an introduction of any Candidate originally introduced to it by the Recruitment Consultancy to any third party which results in the employment of that Candidate by that third party within 12 months of the initial introduction date by the Recruitment Consultancy, or if the Client hires this Candidate itself within 12 months, then the Fee shall be payable by the Client as if the Engagement has been within the terms hereof.
  7. All information supplied by the Recruitment Consultancy is confidential and intended for the exclusive use of the Client and the Recruitment Consultancy shall accept no liability for any loss or damage occasioned through the disclosure by the Client of such information.
  8. If the Client hires the Candidate introduced by the Recruitment Consultancy for a position other than initially stated within 12 months of the initial introduction, 100% payment for Synergy Recruiting Agency LTD recruitment services is payable upon employee’s commencing work according to the agreed remuneration.
  9. The Recruitment Consultancy guarantees to make no other job offers to the candidate placed to the Client’s position throughout the entire period of his/her employment with the Client.
