Key responsibilities:

  • Provide general administrative support
  • Deal with the day-to-day operative, administrative aspectsWork with office equipment
  • Manage office supplies, catering including ordering and billing
  • Business trips and events management (booking tickets, hotels, ordering promo etc)
  • Assistance with the organization of corporate events, team buildings, birthday celebrations, etc
  • Financial manager assistance with regular payments, basic banking operations, etc
  • Assist GM and employees with their requests
  • Maintaining of required documentation and reports
  • Provide general support to visitors
  • Ensuring that health and safety policies are up to date

Requirements:

  • Upper-Intermediate
