Responsibilities

  • Developing effective job descriptions for different positions
  • Technical screening of CVs
  • Search, selection and evaluation
  • Interviewing & selection
  • Organizing a technical interview (planning, submitting a detailed CV and info, providing feedback etc.)
  • Filling up vacancies
  • Maintaining a database (CleverStaff)
  • Maintaining of required documentation
  • Research the target market
  • Take part in internal HR & Recruitment processes

Requirements

  • At least 1,5 year of experience as an IT recruiter
  • Providing full cycle of recruitment
  • Using different search channels, not only Linkedin
  • Understanding of technologies in the IT Industry
  • Good knowledge of IT market
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Team player
  • Analytical skills
  • Self-organization and responsible

Will be a plus

  • Intermediate English, both written and spoken
  • Working in product IT company
